After leisurely breakfast depart for Jibhi. Pass through Narkanda, situated at an altitude of 2708 meters (8885 ft). It gives a beautiful view of snow ranges. Famous for Skiing & Winter sports, it is among India's oldest ski destinations with the undulating beauty of nature. Enroute we’ll visit Kufri sightseeing places which will include, The Himalayan Nature Park Kufri Zoo, or simply Kufri Zoo, is an extremely green space, filled with trees like deodar, fir, blue pine, and spruce, dedicated to the conservation and welfare of wildlife. Set at an altitude of
2,500 m above sea level, it comprises seven open enclosures, three display cages, and two pheasantries with 15 pens of different types for animals like Sambar, Barking deer, Musk deer, Black Bear, etc.
Green Valley view point, located near Kufri in Himachal Pradesh, is a breathtaking natural attraction surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. Known for its lush greenery and panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, it is a popular stop for travelers enroute to Kufri. The valley is also home to a variety of wildlife, including yaks and rare Himalayan animals, which can often be spotted grazing in the open meadows.
Fagu, located about 18 km from Shimla on the Hindustan-Tibet Road, is a serene hill station known for its breathtaking landscapes and tranquil ambiance. Perched at an altitude of around 2,500 meters, Fagu offers panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayan ranges, terraced fields, and apple orchards. Its cool climate and less-crowded atmosphere make it an ideal getaway for nature lovers and peace seekers.
Hatu Peak is the highest point in Narkanda and gives a beautiful scenic view of mountains covered in snow and its surroundings. The only way to reach the hill top is by trekking through it. The peak is famous for the attractions namely Hatu temple. According to local belief the famous Hatu Mata temple is the temple of Maa Kaali. People come in great number on the first Sunday of Jyeshtha to pay ritual here. There is an ancient stove like formation of rocks nearby the temple. Locals believe that it was used by the Pandava brothers to cook their food during their Agyaat Vaas, and a small pond located on the top. On arrival, check in to hotel. Dinner & overnight in hotel.
After breakfast, some local sightseeing in and around Jibhi which will include, Jalori Pass which is situated at a distance of 12 km from Jibhi. At an elevation of around 3000 meters (9845 Ft), Jalori pass is a beautiful place where you can listen to the whispers of nature through the windy breeze that flows. The green pine tree and the rocky hills that surround this place makes it a must visit. On the way, you will encounter some of the exotic flora and fauna that will make you wonder about the beauty of nature. Once on top, you will feel relaxed, tranquil and free from the worries of the world.
The Jibhi Waterfall is hidden inside the forest that cannot be seen until you are well inside the dense forest. The gushing of water flows like music and makes the whole place enchanting. Small wooden bridges are built near the waterfall that provides a picturesque view of the place. So, sit near the waterfall and enjoy the music of nature. Dinner & Overnight in Hotel.
After breakfast, some local sightseeing in and around Jibhi which will include, Chaini Kothi, Built-in the Pahadi style architecture, this 1500 years ancient fort is filled with grandeur. A timber tower that elevates to 40 meters is the best place from where you can see the panoramic beauty of the whole place. The fort even has a secret tunnel underground and you can take a walk through the tunnel to unveil its mysteries. Made using fine timber interlocked with each other, the fort stands tall and is majestic to look at. The fort is converted into a temple of Lord Krishna.
Shringi Rishi Temple is a revered Hindu temple located near Banjar in the Tirthan Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Dedicated to Shringi Rishi, the temple holds great spiritual significance, as he is believed to be the ruling deity of the valley and an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Shringi Rishi is also known in Hindu mythology as the sage who blessed King Dasharatha with the sacred pudding (kheer) that led to the birth of Lord Rama. Dinner & overnight in hotel.
After a relaxed breakfast depart for Kasol. Kasol, a charming hamlet in Himachal Pradesh’s Parvati Valley, is renowned for its scenic beauty, trekking trails, and "Mini Israel" café culture. Post lunch visit Manikaran Sahib: A major pilgrimage site for Sikhs and Hindus known for its hot springs and temple, located only 4 km from Kasol. Parvati River: Known for its rapid flow and scenic beauty, providing a serene environment for walking and relaxing. Rest of the evening free in Kasol market.
After breakfast depart for Manali. Enroute visit Parashar Lake. It is a crystal clear water body, with a three storied pagoda-like temple dedicated to the sage Prashar. The lake is located at the height of 2730 m above sea level with deep blue waters and holds a saintly position there. Bounded by snow-topped peaks of Dhauladhar ranges in Kullu Valley, the place looks down on the fast-flowing river Beas. The lake has a floating island in it, and its actual depth is unclear. Mythology believes that the lake was formed by Pandavas, on their way after Mahabharata with Deity Kamrunag to find the best place for their teacher, Dev Kamrunag. Their teacher liked the isolation of this place so much that he decided to stay here for the rest of his life. On his request, Bheemsen one of the Pandava brothers formed the lake by pushing his elbow and forearm on the peak of the mountain as per the story believed by locals. During the stormy period, tall cedar trees would fall into the lake to disappear. As an offering, people throw money, silver coins, and gold into the water. On arrival, check in to hotel.
