North-East India is a rendezvous of multiple communities, faiths, and cultures. In this tour we will visit Nagaland, famous for its rich tribal cultural heritage and scintillating landscapes. Tripura - offers plenty of attractions for the tourists in the form of magnificent Ujjayanta Palace, Neermahal - Lake Palace at Melaghar, Tripureswari temple which is one of the 51 Pithasthans. Mizoram is considered by many as a beautiful place due to its dramatic landscape and pleasant climat, and Manipur the land of floating national park INA museum and largest only women market in Asia.

Itinerary
Day 1 : GUWAHATI – KAZIRANGA
Fly to Guwahati State Capital of Assam & Gateway to the North Eastern Region. Previously known as Pragjyotishpura in ancient Assam, Guwahati in the modern era — is an ancient urban area, largest city of State and one of the fastest developing cities of India. Many ancient Hindu Temples are in the city, so also known as the "The City of Temples”. Meet & greet by Aradhana’s representative at the Airport. Tour Starts. Depart for World Heritage site National Park, Kaziranga National Park ! Dinner & overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Day 2 : KAZIRANGA
Early morning we’ll enjoy the elephant ride in Kaziranga National Park. The park hosts two-thirds of the world's Great one horned Rhinoceroses. It boasts the highest density of tigers among protected areas in the world and was declared a Tiger Reserve in 2006. The park is home to large breeding populations of Elephants, Wild water Buffalo & Swamp Deer. Compared to other protected areas in India, Kaziranga has achieved notable success! It has been the theme of several books, songs, and documentaries. The park celebrated its centennial in 2005 after its establishment in 1905 as a reserve forest. Orchid Park. You can take a Jeep Ride – optional. Rest of the day free at leisure. Dinner & overnight stay in Kaziranga!
Day 3 : KAZIRANGA - KOHIMA
After breakfast we’ll depart for Kohima – State Capital of Nagaland, is the land of the Angami Naga tribe. The name, Kohima, was officially given by the British as they could not pronounce the Angami name Kewhima or Kewhira "the land where the flower Kewhi grows". It is called after the wild flowering plant Kewhi, found in the mountains. Earlier, it was also known as Thigoma. Sightseeing of Kohma : Kohima State Museum (Monday, 2nd& 4th Saturday closed ) : Which has a wonderful collection of 16 tribes of Naga like Jewellery, Textiles, Totem Pillars and Naga Masks etc. One of the most important attractions of this museum is Ceremonial Drum, which is very large and beautiful. One can also look at traditional dresses kept inside the museum which are the symbols of the state’s rich culture, 2nd World War Cemetery : Which is dedicated to the valiant soldiers who sacrificed their lives at the time of World War II. It consists of 5 Canadian, 1,100 British burials and 330 Indian burials inside its chamber. Heritage Village : It is designed in the form of an ancient Naga village to give an authentic feel of a true Naga village & the experience of travelling back in time & to keep the Naga village alive. Dinner & overnight stay in Kohima!
Day 4 : KOHIMA - IMPHAL
After breakfast depart for Kohima, State capital of Manipur. Rest of the day free. Dinner & overnight stay in Imphal!
Day 5 : IMPHAL – MOIRANG
After breakfast we’ll depart for to Imphal local sightseeing in and around Imphal which will include Sri Gobindraj Mandir : This temple adjacent to the palace of the former rulers of Manipur, is a sacred center for Vaisnavites. The presiding deity, Radha Govinda is flanked by idols of Balaram and Krishna on one and Jaganath, Balabhadra and Subhadra on the other. Moirang – Red Hill :It is a hillock about 17 Kms. The place was an action-packed location where a fierce battle took place between the Allied Forces and the Japanese Forces in World War II. Japanese war veterans constructed a monument at the foot of this hill and it was significantly named “India Peace Memorial”, Netaji Subhashchandra Bose Smarak I. N. A. Memorial (Mon closed) : It was at Moirang that flag of the Indian National Army was first hoisted on Indian soil on April 14, 1944. There is an INA Museum exhibiting letters, photographs, badges of ranks and other articles associated with INA. A bronze statue of Netaji in uniform stands proud in the lawn. Loktak Lake& Sandra Island : It is like a miniature sea. It is the largest fresh water lake in the North-East. Sendra is a hillock of an island of Loktak lake. From the top of Sendraisland, visitors can get a bird’s eye-view of the unique Loktak Lake and the floating mass called "Phumdis". Dinner & overnight stay in Imphal!
Day 6 : IMPHAL - AGARTALA (FLY)
Fly to Agartala– State Capital city Tripura. Agartala is the second largest city in North East India after Guwahati, both in municipal area and population. Agartala is a component of two words, namely Agar, a kind of oily valuable perfume tree+ suffix tala, a store house. Agartala lies on the bank of the Haora river and is located 2 km from the Bangladesh border. Dinner & overnight stay in Agartala!
Day 7 : AGARTALA
Ujjayanta Palace covering 01 Sq. Klm. Area, was built by Maharaja Radha Kishor Manikya during 1899 – 1901. Jagannath Temple, Neer Mahal :The palace is the 2nd largest of its kind in India after the Jalmahal in Rajasthan and the only one in Eastern India. Known as ‘lake palace’ of Tripura, Neer - Mahal was constructed as a summer residence of Maharaja Birbikram Bahadur’s it’s his idea to build a palace in the beautiful Rudrasagar lake and in 1921 he accredited the British company Martin and Burns to construct the palace for him. The company took nine years to complete the work. Maharaja Birbikram Bahadur belonged to the ‘Manikya Dynasty’ which is supposed to be the second longest dynasty from a single line in the world today. The palace is divided into two parts. The western side of the palace is known as Andar Mahal, made for the royal family. The eastern side is an open-air theatre where drama, theatre, dance and other cultural events were organized for the enjoyment of Maharajas and their royal families. The palace has 24 rooms in total. And Udaipur, Temple of Tripure Sundari, one of the oldest & from 51 Shakti Pithas. Popularly known as Matabari. Flag - down parade on India – Bangladesh Border. Dinner & overnight stay in Agartala!
Day 8 : AGARTALA – SILCHER
After breakfast depart for Silchar the 2nd largest town of Assam state in terms of population and municipal area. Technical Rail Journey. Dinner & overnight stay in Silchar!
Day 9 : SILCHER - AIZAWL
Aizawl – State Capital of Mizoram. It is the largest city in the state. It is located in the northern part of Mizoram. It is situated on a ridge 1,132 meters (3715 ft) above sea level, with the Tlawng river to its west and the Tuirial river valley to its east. Dinner & overnight stay in Aizawl!
Day 10 : AIZAWL
After breakfast we’ll depart for local sightseeing in Aizawl which will includes Shiv Mandir, Taj Mahal or KV Paradise is the modern Taj Mahal of Aizawl. It is the monument that speaks of man’s love for his wife who died in a car accident in 2001. Incidentally, it also happens to be on a beautiful slope facing Aizawl city. The mausoleum is named KV Paradise after their initials Khawlhring Varte. Bada Drum, Lal Denga Samadhi : he was a Mizo politician and the first Chief Minister of Mizoram from 1986 till 1988. He is the founder of the Mizo national Front. (Vidhansabha, Raj Bhavan & Sachivalaya building - Outside view). After lunch free day. Dinner & overnight stay in Aizawl!
Day 11 : AIZWAL
After breakfast Aizwal Airport Drop to connect Aizwal – Kolkata / Mumbai / Pune flight. Tour Ends.
